Reminder: Free Community Health Fair This Sunday at Eden Center!

Hello everyone,

Just a friendly reminder about our upcoming FREE community health fair on Sunday, August 11th, 2024, at Eden Center. The event begins at 9 AM for set-up and will continue until 1 PM-2 PM (depending on sample and supply availability). We request all volunteers to be there at 9 AM sharp to help with the set-up.

breakfast & lunch will be provided for all volunteers & vendors

There will be tables available for our vendors, volunteers and doctors, but no tablecloths. We recommend that vendors, sponsors, and partners bring their own tablecloths and chairs for their team members and patients. Additionally, please bring banners, marketing flyers, and business cards to display. There will be different stations for health screenings such as:

Blood Pressure & Glucose Screening (sponsored by Dr. Dan Pham of ProHealth Medical Center)
Dental Screening & Consultation (sponsored by Dr. Long Pham & wife Dr. Erica Sok https://www.allsmilesnova.com/)
Hepatitis Screening (sponsored by HBI)
Social Services (sponsored by BPSOS)
Brown Bag Medical List Assessment (represented by pharmacist team Dr. Huyen Tran & Dr. Duyen Nguyen)
Mental Health & Psychiatry (represented by Dr. Hien Dang Hoang & Dr. Tram Huynh)

Our corporate sponsors, Fairfax Radiology, Bayer, Gilead, Pfizer, along with other community partners will be presented to share resources and free samples with our community.
