Hello Everyone! Happy upcoming summer!
It’s that time of year again! The Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Society is excited to announce our upcoming Annual Free Community Health Fair, happening on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at Eden Center Vietnamese Plaza.
Event Details:
Volunteer Arrival & Set-Up: 11:30 AM
Event Start Time: 12:00 PM
Event End Time: Between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (depending on availability of samples and supplies)
Location: Eden Center Vietnamese Plaza
Lunch: Provided for all volunteers and vendors
Important Notes for Vendors, Partners, and Volunteers:
Tables will be provided, but no tablecloths—please bring your own, along with any chairs needed for your team.
You're encouraged to bring banners, marketing flyers, educational patient materials, and business cards for display and distribution.
Health Screening Stations Will Include:
Vision Exams
Blood Pressure & Glucose Screenings
Dental Screening & Consultation
Hepatitis Screening
Social Services (sponsored by BPSOS)
Brown Bag Medication List Assessment
Mental Health & Psychiatry
We’re grateful for the support of our community advocates—CeraVe, Abbott, AstraZeneca, Rybelsus, Fairfax Radiology, Bayer, Gilead, and Pfizer—and more! As well as other community partners who will be on-site to share valuable resources and free samples with attendees.
